Who can use APT Move

You need to be at least 13. If you are under 18, use APT Move with a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

One account per person. Do not make an account in someone else's name or pretend to be them.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and use one you do not use anywhere else. Tell us if you think someone else has got into your account.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. We are responsible for storing your password properly, which we do — hashed with argon2id, never in a form we could read back.

What you put on your profile

What you write stays yours. You give APT permission to show it inside APT Move, which is the only thing we need it for and the only thing we will use it for.

Your profile is public. Do not put anything on it you would not put on a public web page, and do not put anyone else's personal details on it at all.

How to behave

The short version: this is a community that trains together, so act like someone people want to train with.

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting people over who they are.
• No impersonating another member, a coach, or APT itself.
• No spam, scraping, or automated collection of other members' data.
• No attempts to break, overload, or get around the security of the service. Reporting a hole you find is welcome and is not a breach of this rule.

Game stats are our record

The stats you enter about yourself — jersey number, height, weight and the like — are yours to write and yours to change.

Game stats such as points, rebounds and assists are entered by APT staff from actual games and cannot be edited by members, including the member they belong to. That is the whole reason they are worth anything: a number you could type yourself is not a record.

If a stat on your profile is wrong, write to privacy@apt-move.codasc.dev and we will check it against the game record and correct it if it is off.

Membership and payment

Membership is free at launch. If paid passes are introduced later, the price and what it includes will be shown before you pay, and nothing you already have will be taken away and sold back to you.

There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.

Connected apps and AI assistants

You can connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to your APT Move account. It will ask you to approve it first, and it then acts with exactly your permissions — an assistant connected to a member account cannot do anything a member cannot do.

You are responsible for what you connect and for what you ask it to do. Write to privacy@apt-move.codasc.dev to have a connection revoked.

Training carries risk

APT Move is a place to record and organise physical activity. Physical activity can injure you.

Get medical advice before starting something new, train within what your body can actually do, and stop if something is wrong. You take part in APT sessions at your own risk, and APT is not responsible for injury or illness arising from training, except where the law does not allow us to say that.

Ending it

You can ask us to delete your account whenever you like, and we will.

We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, and will say why unless doing so would make things worse for someone else. If you think we got it wrong, tell us and a person will look at it.

What we do not promise

APT Move is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and correct, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of mistakes.

To the extent the law allows, APT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under Philippine consumer law.

Changes and governing law

When these terms change we update the date at the top. If a change matters to you we will say so in the product rather than expecting you to notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes go to the courts of Albay.
